I really like his concept being balanced around "Most spells can benefit enemy team if used wrong".

Makes the player actually think about E and R use.

Balanced - an ability that lets an entire team chase you down as opposed to a lone mobile assassin. Oh wait, they gutted Kassadin for that reason. My bad!
