Why cant I que in Rank Solo/Duo anymore?

It'll be available in NA soon(tm). Testing in OCE currently to avoid any matchmaking hiccups like we had with flex.

ranked flex is fucking cancer anyways its the worst piece of shit ranking system ive ever seen.

I'm fairly certain this also has to do with Flex being a new ladder. I believe they're forcing up to play Flex Ranked games if we want to play ranked right now so we can further develop an appropriate MMR ladder in Flex. The more games played - the more accurate it will be. That way when the reset is done and we have both Solo/Duo and Flex they both should have decent match making and the flop that occurred with the initial ranked launch this preseason shouldn't occur.

Solo/Duo hasn't been enabled all over yet. Riot is testing it out on OCE to make sure they don't have the same issues as Flex.
