Jhin+Stormrazor interaction needs the Ryze/Zhonya's treatment.

Jhin Passive: Every Moment Matters: Jhin's critical strikes grant him 10% (+ 0.4% per 1% bonus attack speed) bonus movement speed for 2 seconds, but his critical strikes deal 25% less damage.

I don't think Jhin should be able to gain MS from automatic critical strikes hits on his first 3 bullets. Similar to Ryze and Stopwatch, Stormrazor gives Jhin the ability to dance around reliable way too early/mid game.

I don't care about his win rate, pick rate or ban rate. This interaction is bullshit and needs to be removed.
