Ok, so he can spam a ton of decoys and eventually knock him over, but it doesn't make AP wukong viable.

Ad does a better job on objectives because of the sustain damage. AP champions have troubles soloing due to the mana limit, not enough protection to last long enough without the help of others, only their abilities does the damage so their auto does basically nothing.
