First picking champions in ranked. Like, why can't you just not waste my time getting into a game, which takes 20 minutes because of constant dodges, then another 20-30 minutes in game with you because you decided to play a champion you've never played before because they look "fun" or you heard they're "op". Like, I thought the autofill system was as bad as it gets, but this shit just tops the fucking cake.

Make it to where you can swap champions while you're picking them, instead of afterwards. Easy fix.
