Rework the dodging penalty system

I don't care about the dodge timer but what I hate is the losing Lp factor I dodged 3 times in a row so I lost 23 Lp then I realized that if i had lost the game in it self I would of have lost 19-21 Lp and also the fact that u are NOT allowed to dodge in your promos is like wtf so let me get this right if I get a troller in my promos am supposed to just accept the loss?

I really hope that u rework this system in the 2019 rank system rework I beg of you riot

you dodge 3 games wasting 9 other peoples time and think you shouldnt lose LP for it?
