IMO ive always had trouble with Twitch. I can understand caitlyns nerfs with hurr but i dont think dying to side bolts without getting to react is remotely fair.
What are your opinions?

Isnt it the other way around? Caits supposed to have good single target dps while twitch has good aoe dps

oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 votesi think the issue with cait and hurrican is the bolt procs were applying stacks for her head shot passive so her autos and procs from hurricanes were nearly always a headshot
Kaioko1 votesThe issue with Cait is that the hurricane not only increase her AOE damage, but also her single target damage by increasing the headshot frequency. Deadly venom from Twitch doesn't affect a single target more just because other targets are being hit unlike cait.
