No but for reals seriously pls. I have every champion, every rune, 13 rune pages and 55k IP. Even if they cost more than normal. I don't even play as much as I used to. I'm really really tired of not having anything to do with my IP and playing with full AP book Leona =/

I'm pretty sure the only reason they don't have that is because it could become a real world trading thing. People could start paying other people to get them runes/ champions. Meaning that people are selling riot products without riot getting anything.
