@Rito Allow me to dodge a REASONABLE amount of games.

No one should be forced to constantly play games where people either a) Troll pick and feed because they didn't get the lane/champ they wanted or b) Troll pick and simply afk

this is especially true for people on their promos. I'm sure everyone on these forums or boards or whatever can share more than 1 anecdote about being trolled or afk'd on in their promos.

**The solution: **Reward players for consistently playing games with a system like the one you have ARAM. Something like play 5 games get a "without penalty" queue dodge with a cap at 3 so that some wise guy doesn't accumulate a bunch and decide to stream himself dodging queue all day. Or maybe even a "reduced penalty" queue dodge token that allows you to dodge without losing rating but does still put you on a 2 minute CD for queuing.

I understand that Rito made an attempt at alleviating some of the promo headache by giving the handicap wins (i don't particularly like that solution myself), however I feel that this would go a long way to give a player more confidence going into their promos or just alleviate some of the day to day headache of getting trolled in solo queue.

Also inb4 : "OMG this will never happen". That's exactly what the forum police said when i suggested that rito stop letting people play free champs they didn't own in ranked games a year (or more) before they actually implemented that change.
