URF Really Hasn't Changed for the Better

AR urf, like communism, is ok in theory but not in execution. URF was changed to AR because you would see the same champions in every game, but that still happens today. In every game there is a Zed, Wukong, Karthus, Veigar, etc who are all deemed problem champions and ones you would see all of the time. So instead of permabanning these champions like Teemo and Karthus are in one for all, it became random, which did NOTHING to fix the "problem" that was in original URF. It's impossible to try new champions in this setting now because you don't have a say on who you're going to play, and you're limited and confined to if you have rerolls.

Please consider making urf a blind pick with ban again or just permabanning 6 champions determined by a popular vote among players.

At least you'd see the same champs but both teams were = in op'ness.

Now, it's entirely random, so if the enemy team has more god-like urf champs than yours, you will be steamrolled until they end the game or you finally reach 20 minutes to forfeit, which I think is way to long to wait for in a random urf game.

Last game by 10 minutes the enemy team, which had all great champs for urf, was 6000+ gold ahead of us and we had to wait until almost 20 minutes for them to finally end the game.

I'd like the surrender time to be around 10 minutes in an AR URF game because if the other team happens to be better than yours there is no coming back and sitting through 20 minutes of being crushed just sucks.

I have no problem with the randomness but for god's sake, make us able to surrender waaaaay earlier than 20 minutes if we are getting slaughtered by teams full of high poke/CC champs

The difference you're not seeing is instead of having zed, wukong, karthus, veigar, etc all in one game, is you might have 1 or 2 in your games, if any.
