Where's the counter play to Fizz?

Zed, Liss, Zhonya, Yasuo, etc

Knowing how to play mid lane lol

champion has 1 escape....1 player cant understand the idea behind "escape ability" ... said player concludes there is no counter play and champion is deemed "unbalanced" and furthermore "Rito Plz".

Its people and threads like these that get nautilus "damage" Nerfs...cuz he doesnt do damage, but lets nerf it.

The biggest failing of League is that it focuses too much on 'is this fun to play against?' and not enough on 'is this fun to play as?'

Losing is never fun, regardless of whether you're getting dunked by a fish with a trident or a dude with swordboots.

• dodge the ult
• if he uses his escape tool to close in he´s highly punishable, and his engage range with q is rather low
• lackluster waveclear, especially on ad/bruiser
• very dependant to land the ult if he wants to kill someone later on in the game [...]

The counterplay is tbh. Low cooldown on click ability destroys him.

The ap itemization is op now, u can go kassadin with lich bane first and luden's second item and 2 shot every squishy.Same go for fizz (u dont need R), also u can use ur r for disengage, kill someone with q w e and then use r for slow knockup until his e comes again to escape, flank again kill someone with q w e
