Of all the places to hit ezreal this one seems a bit random to me. I wouldn't have been surprised by nerfs targeting his blue build or iceborn on ranged champs. But i'm not sure I see how the longer cd on his ult is going to address any of that?
One of the things I like about the ability is that I can use it on minions or to try for a snipe and I'll likely have it back soon for a fight

Blue ezreal has been an established build for many seasons now and none of his abilities or items he uses in his blue build, besides iceborn getting 5 more armor and 10% more cdr, have been touched. He has become more popular as he can kite out the majority of champions and is a very safe pick against any team comp; and in this meta peel and just surviving as an adc is more important than just raw damage.

WngNut1 votesHe has a +50% pick AND win rate in +plat elos, I've mained him as my adc for a long time now and can agree that he needs a nerf, however, targeting the one ability that doesn't have an impact in his massive winrate and nerf it by so much says to me that they don't know how to balance him, so instead they're going to gut him instead so people don't pick him. I don't understand their logic at all...
