Because it could be that they trolled down to Bronze V and they're actually incredible players, or that they're unranked and you have no idea where idea where the skill is roughly at.

theres no immediat way of judging someones skill if they are unranked, you can only assume they suck for not being ranked if sk t1 faker was unranked, you probably wouldnt expect him to be "unkillable demon god" ;l
