@Rioters - Rakan's base stats.

Rakan's still having a few issues atm, and while I think he's mostly fine, and I know you guys don't want to let him be counted as a melee for some reason or another, perhaps giving him melee MR per level may be in line though. He's really prone to popping to mage burst because he's a(n almost) melee support with ranged MR growth.

The smidge of extra bulk from having proper MR growth would actually help Rakan a lot, and I think it would be a good way to help tune him up in a way that won't break him.
