You wanna make Yi this God-Tier OMEGA-HYPER-CARRY? fine. You wanna give him alpha ever 3 seconds with Reaver? Fine. You wanna give him the ability to go 0/12 and still murder you once he gets 2-3 items? Fine.

But why in the holy god damn is Yi strong enough early to bully the really weak junglers? He should be the weakest piece of shit in the game for how hard he scales.
