So when i saw the Jhinn gameplay before his release, i thought, oh man that guy looks so cool and fun.

But after playing against him, i realize hes (currently) just an ADC with 4 forms of CC (Really RIOT, FOUR FORMS OF CC ON AN ADC?) and stupidly high AD ratios. Why can't riot seem to release a champion thats not broken by way of being overpowered, or underpowered. There seems to be no end to it. You'd think after all these years they'd be able to release someone who is actually a fair champion upon release.

The reason being I assume, is if a champion is very strong on release more people will buy said champion.

Or maybe ya know its hard to judge how strong a champion is in the first two days he is on live not to mention all the factors of people learn how to build and build against him or how to play or play against him. People bitched that Tahm was OP on his release and riot had to give him buffs because he was weak. dont jump the gun so soon
