A Way to Buff towers without dmg or health
We all know towers scale in damage, up to 140%. Then, they stop, so that tanks can tank, squishies don't get one shot and long dives can happen.
However, recently lot's of people are complaining that hiding under tower doesn't do much anymore, so the change i'm thinking of is this: -After fully ramping up damage to 140%, Towers should shoot significantly faster. Maybe twice as fast, maybe just a 50% increase.
What this does is kill that greedy diving assassin/mage, without harming a tank's ability to tank. I don't mind dying to an enemy ADC with a malphite tanking the tower. I hate dying to an ADC who messes up their tower aggro, takes three shots and lives anyway. I think diving with out backup or a plan should be a fatal mistake. What do you think?
