Tibbers rework

What was the point of the tibbers enrage? Was it so tibbers feels more useful? I ask because the Enrage that happens after annie died really is not noticeable really. You see him move fast for a sec but he just dies as normal. So what was the goal? Because i feel the change didn't do much.

Basically to nerf her. The whole rework was a huge nerf to her, that was literally the only point of it.

I don't mind the nerf, but I don't get why you would add something like enrage if it does not really do anything. I get the idea behind it, but it's not really working the way it should. That is if they even wanted the enrage to be promising.

I'm honestly convinced the new Tibbers AI is glitched and is not working properly. I main Annie and on numerous times there have been times where I have summoned Tibbers and could not get him to attack anything or anyone at all. This is especially evident on jungle monsters and epics like the dragon or baron.

That might be the case. Because I never really see him enrage. I see him move fast and then die. He works when I use Alt, but that's it. I think the Enrage thing was a fail.
