It is probably time to nerf Nunu

He has the highest winrate in plat+ by a fair margin at 56%. Alongside of this, there is also still that bug that Riot still cannot seem to fix that allows him to become invisible and gank, which could potentially cost the game. Even in diamond his winrate is 56.03%. He does need some changes, this champion is starting to get to hotfix needed levels of strength. I'm sure if they could fix the bug his WR would drop by at least 1-2%, but until they can fix it (even though its been like a year) they should just tone down his numbers to make up for it.
