Can you let us change how our summoner spells are placed in game?

Sometimes I forget to place my spells where I want them to be before the loading screen. Can you allow us to swap it in game?

For example:

: D key accidentally placed on the F key instead of the D key

Ushually I go : D key and : F key

Missplaced (for me) : D key and : F key.

I just want to able to swap it back to where I find it comfortable if I misplaced something by accident.
