Sejuani was borderline before, now she needs to be put in line.
Increase the cooldown of her ult, make the radius smaller, or remove her scaling MR, like Singed/Maokai/Shen

Personally, I feel like the HP ratio on her W spell could use a little lovetap because of the 25% boost from cinderhulk.
Still... I picked up Sejuani last patch because I wanted some more junglers who aren't the ever popular AD bruisers, then this happened. Oh, the hipster in me is crying...
