I have heard of some PBE changes, and they all seem absolutely plucked up. I mean, sejuani nerfs? Since when was she overpowered? Where the hell are the Vi nerfs?

Sejuani was strong since 4.21, back in Dezember. And when there's a patch that improves all tank junglers to competitive levels, the one(s) already at a competitive level will naturally become rather overpowered.

And Vi nerfs? Did you even read the 5.5 patch notes? She lost some damage and some movespeed. The latter nerf of the two hitting her harder than the former - MS changes are always undervalued in their effects on champion strength.

Since when was she overpowered?

Since this patch at least. She's been one of the only strong tank junglers throughout most of season 5, following her season 4 buffs. The buffs to jungling tanks helped her a lot, and she's arguably the strongest champion in the game right now.

Vi got nerfed this patch, and a lot of other junglers got buffed. That justifies waiting a patch or two and seeing if she actually needs more nerfs.
