You buffed fizz

By definition I'd say it's a buff, but in all reality its not how it should have worked in the first place. They fixed up instances where removing the slow on his ultimate would detach the shark, even outside of cleanse effects. Abilities that simply removed slows such as Garens Q effectively made a fizz ult useless. Not that he should really be ulting Garen in the first place...
