@RIot 12/23 6 am EST Server lag? Or was it hacks?

So I just finished a ranked game where several enemy players reported our whole team for "hacking". The entire game was a lagfest, no one could really do anything with skillshots and if you had targeted spells you could use them but with massive delay and little to no relevant animation. Our team just kind of afk pushed(some people bought tiamats to do this even faster) and we ended up winning the game and it counted. I would have assumed after 30 minutes straight of lag the button would have gotten pushed or there would at least be a plethora of threads about it but there is not. Was someone on my team actually hacking or are other people encountering similar terrible lag in game? I want to know because I am scared to requeue if I am victim to this lag again and its on Riot's end. Also pretty worried about the notion that the enemy team was making that someone on our team was hacking and that we all got reported for such.
