Targetted (1 shot) damage, targetted CC, global mobility and a free turret dive (+ counter to most of top laner abilities) passive. This is possibly the most unskilled champion in League, there's no interaction in his kit and it forces the enemy team to play a boring af passive playstyle until he falls off.

You could do this with so many champs. Sure some champs are more "respectable" than others. But then you also have players to consider. Does someone have their jungler or midlaner or support just camp lane for them for 20 min straight and flash gank on cd and control ward to deny you any vision control? Do they do this even as the player's teammates all lose lane or feed despite having guaranteed 1v1 and 2v2 or 2v1 lanes plus guaranteed uncontested help from jungler? The balance of toplane was out of whack pretty much all last season. Runes this season push you into one of 2 categories. Pure damage/killing squishy like gp, panth, etc. Or pure tank like maokai. Anything in between either needs to snowball early or it will be useless and disgustingly outscaled.
