better then the average in my elo

Hello, i d like some tips for me to reach hight elo, im abviosly a silver nob who magange to reach silver 5 0 lp again and again. casie Im not able to carry most of my games. i like to paly solo lanes. and i win mostly but i dont stomp my lane opponen all the times. sure sometimes i get counterd, so i try to sit in lane anf farm up, roam. and all this basic stuff, but cant make an imcapt when i have a bad performing team. what can i do to win this games i am supposed to loose?
