is my team not as good as my enemy team when i wanna gain elo?

hi,

first i dont wanna cry here about my bad teammates always feeding! just wanna some clear information!

yes.. so does mmr system forces me to loose and mix me up more then 50% of my games with teammates that are not as good as the enemy team when im on a winning strike or overall have positiv w/l ratio ???

Don't blame your team. If you can't carry out of your current rank, then you are in the correct rank. You cannot control your teammates, so blaming them won't help you climb, always look at what YOU could have done better.

Do you normally play 1 character only or do you mix it up with as many as you can.
