adapting to an higher elo

hey can u help me to adapt?

i was a happy silver player... complaning that im better then the averatge but could not climb. stomping lane opponent and didnt win. now i know i just wasnt good enought. then i became good enough and climbed to gold. Now facing gold and plat player i perform very poorly. i do not win my lanes.. i feed and tilt. everything i used to do does not work anymore.. helpme pls
