Faster Homeguards pls

Can we get faster homegaurds? Its bad enough that we don't even have it as an option to buy anymore on boots? Most of my games average about 25 minutes. With some at 20 minutes the longer ones at 30. So i usually get a whole 5 minutes of homeguards before the game is over. We should get them at 15 minutes or at least the option to buy them after we get tier two boots for like 400 gold. Because right now nothing feels worse than the other team in your base before 20 minutes and only being able to run out of the fountain at 390 movement speed.
