Problems in urf that require attention.

So I know there are already a million topics about URF or at least there are going to be. First off I think this ARURF CHampion select is much better than the previous couple we had. I like how ARAM and this mode have rerolls but the rerolled champions stay at the top so that your team mates can select it. This usually gets rid of my problem of getting stuck with somebody i really dont want to play. However, there are few but very big issues that should be addressed to make this much better.

First off Dragon. Elder dragon is a huge problem. Whichever team gets this has the game swing in their favor way too hard. Getting all the elemental dragons and the true damage is way to over powered to be stuffed into one objective. Then if the same team gets the second one they have 2 cloud, 2 ocean, and 2 infernal drakes. That's just GG EZ at that point. It spawns in real fast too. I really don't want to be forced into a game around objectives like elder dragon and baron. That's not why i'm playing URF. I just want to spam abilities, deal tons of damage, and be a nuisance to the enemy team.

Second issue is baron. Again I don't want to have to focus on a neutral objective like baron. It spawns in at like 10 minutes and lets you just blow through an entire lane of towers and the inhibitor. Again I just want to run around killing everyone else. Not try and defend against a baron and elder dragon empowered siege.

The Canon thing. Why is this even here? Who asked for this? Was this added because to many people just take flash and teleport? Did riot think the TP canon would bring in a variety of Summoner spells? Because if that's the case they failed. All I see is 5 ignites and 5 flashes. Please just remove the canon. If you want to keep it then I at least insist that it works the same way that teleport works. You should only canon to one of your own towers or wards. Canon just puts immobile champions or literally any ADC at such a big disadvantage. Its no fun pushing a lane then having a beyblade garen jump in right behind you. It also makes the global ults of champions really insignificant. Now everyone can do what twisted fate, shen, ryze and pantheon can do.

Passive VS active items. This has been a problem that has been in URF since it started. Why do active items have 80% CDR on their activation but passive items don't. You can use the hour glass every 20 seconds but steraks only goes off every 90 seconds. This really isn't as big as the other problems I'm just confused as to why this has been the decision.

The last thing is smite. Why is this even here? Nothing more frustrating then some idiot on your team taking smite and jungling half the game. Now i'm stuck in a 2v1 top while some asshole just runs around the jungle. I honestly don't see a point to jungling in this game mode. Just play a regular game if you love jungling that much.
