Do gunblade and Death dance heal stack?

So Some Kat built Deaths dance and gunblade. I asked why and it was for the healing, supposedly. But both items have the same unique passive. Does the healing stack or is this person just r%%%%%ed?

It stacks. Unique passives stack if they are unnamed and from different items.

If i remember they already patched it so they dont anymore. Used to Mordekaiser it was fun
