Pantheon was 3 levels ahead of me cause my connection dropped for 2 minutes. I was level 4 when he was level 7. I couldn't stack or do anything.

Frankly, your team made it to late game. Their teams win condition was pre 30m mark at the latest. By the 40m mark your team had a better stacked and built Veigar and Nasus. Their team doesn't scale nearly as hard as yours does and they have two assassins in Akali and Rengar that are useless after a certain point compared to you guys.
Seems like the enemy also wasn't trying to end and took their lead for granted. Sometimes that happens. I did this just the other day as Fizz and lost despite it being an easy win earlier.
