First of all, that's not trying to win. So, punishable. Secondly, calling for reports is not banable by itself but is considered negative behaviour by riot. Lastly, just report them. Why you need to be passive aggressive in chat?

Edit: That's not my personal opinion or judgement, that's what Riot's system does. Just how things are.

I would move on, forget about the game and stop calling for reports since that actually isn’t allowed.

Soliciting reports is much more bannable than having a bad game fyi.

Reported and punished or did someone threaten you to report? If it's the first case the providing the given chat-log would be benefical.

Everytime I see someone say "report (other person)" in chat. I always ask if there's any reason they can't report that person themselves.

A surprising number of people have it planted in their heads that there's strength in numbers with reports. Which isn't true aside from some validation as being part of a collective.

Telling people to report someone or telling someone you are reporting them is bannable. You do not have to broadcast you are reporting someone, just do it.

seriously, what would you do ?

Care about what I can do in the game, and live my life? If I absolutely feel like I have to report them, I'll do it. I'll do it myself since I understand the system is automated, and it takes only one vote to initiate the game to get reviewed. Since multiple reports do nothing, I feel secure that I've done what needs to be done, and not need to make sure everyone else reports since that's just me letting out my emotions and frustrations to tattle on someone else more or less.
