If she takes comet she can harras you in lane non-stop with her W and her teamfight engages are too OP, that champ offers NO counterplay. ALso her passive is broken as fuck. It's basically a free frozen mallet.

Because if you just say things a champion does and ignore the context of the game, you can make anyone sound overpowered.
No counterplay? She is immobile and her basic attacks can't have those huge crits because of her passive, which means she can't burst anyone down.
