Every time when i see pyke he always gets fed or gets double or triple kills in teamfights. Why is a support champ always doing that? Should he be focused in teamfights?

He gets doubles and triples because his ult is an execute.
Because pyke is a bad idea a support should not be able to do that, he was released when supports were dealing a stuped amount of damage he was a good idea then.
Doubt he will ever be balanced like irelia and akali or zoe, overloaded kits
He has an execute, and he's an assassin. He typically should be focused simply because of that very fact.
Prevent him from getting a reset on his ult through dodging, healing, stasis or something like that. Suddenly he'll get no kills at all.
And no you don't want to focus him (unless he makes a stupid engage) because he's slippery as fuck. Just don't let him last hit with ult. (And yes, that's easier said than done)
Pyke is a good example of why double kill, triple kill, etc. are meaningless. His ult is a repeatable execute. While his damage is almost the highest of the supports who aren't mages, his damage is still very low.
