Please consider Runic Affinity

This mastery has been really pointless since the removal of jungle camp smite buffs. It was useful then, but now since we've done away with those, we're left with red and blue buff.

I would suggest this mastery should get buffed to 25% or something just so there's something on the tier 2 of the Cunning tree for junglers that can actually compete with cookies.

But we all know Riot hates junglers atm.
