Removing Keystones while salvaging their effects.
Runes
Removed: Keystone Runes
In an effort to address powercreep, the baseline capabilities of every champion have been reduced by the removal of keystone runes.
New: Row 4 runes
To fill the void left by keystones, they have been replaced by a new row of "regular" runes in the top row. Several ex-keystones have had their power lowered considerably and been repurposed into regular runes.
Precision
- Frenzy: Every other basic attack against champions (and every critical strike against a champion) grants a stacking bonus of 7.5% attack speed (max 3).
- Fleet Footwork: Moving and attacking causes an attack to become energized. Energized attacks grant 25% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
- Agility: Gain 5 base movement speed, ignore unit collision.
Sorcery
- Shield Crack: +25% damage to shields.
- Grimoire Bookmark: If all of your basic abilities are ready to cast, your first spell cast has its CD reduced by 1 second.
- Nature's Pact: Heal 20% extra from consuming Honeyfruit, fly 20% further from using a Blast Cone, cover 20% more ground with Scryers Bloom.
Domination
- Walk of Shame: Champions you help kill are slowed by 50% for 8 seconds upon respawning, and will not be able to use Homeguards for 30 seconds.
- Stay Down: Champions you help kill take X more seconds to respawn, where X is your current killstreak.
- Raid: So long as the enemy team is Aced, you and all allied units within 700 range gain 150 movement speed and 50% attack speed.
Resolve
- Brace: Incapacitating an enemy champion will grant you a shield equal to 2.5% of your maximum health for 3.5 seconds. 60 second CD.
- Undying: Upon being brought below the 75, 50, or 25% HP threshold, your next basic attack will heal you for 2% of your missing health.
- Not Yet: Upon being brought below 15% health, heal for 75 over 1.5 seconds and gain 10% movement speed for the same duration. 60 second CD.
Inspiration
- Glacial Touch: Your basic attacks apply a 3/9% (ranged/melee) slow on hit for 1.5 seconds.
- Pickpocket: Scoring a takedown on an enemy champion reduces their net worth by 15 and increases yours by the same amount.
- Trailblazer: Vision you provide lingers for 6 seconds after the source is no longer present.
