Lux E feels impossible to dodge

the range AND radius on Lux's E seem a bit large.

she can land it on you while taking practically no risk. and if she misses, she's already easily half a lane away from you (i.e., out of range of retaliation)

yes you can juke it by walking forward, but the detonation radius being so large, a well placed E is almost impossible to dodge without a dash. It really needs to have its range slightly reduced, or radius slightly reduced, or lower the missile speed, or add a slight delay before you can detonate it.

incredibly hard to dodge "skillshot" E adds to the frustration of an already safe champion

her current performance and pick rate are indicative that she could use a love tap

agreed. any of the suggestions of slightly reducing range or hitbox, lowering speed,

or probably most preferably and least dumpstery would be reinstating the detonation delay.

the spell in its current state feels oppressive and quite difficult to juke

There never was a detonation delay. Players with low ping could always detonate it instantly. The fix just allowed for higher ping players to do the same, and to prevent random ping spikes or fps drops from fucking up your combo.

yes and any lux with a brain will adjust after you do this once or twice.

and then it quickly becomes a mind game of juking which falls in lux's favor given the massive range,radius, speed, and little detonation time of the spell.

I think the missile speed should be significantly increased, perhaps even the radius increased, but I think there should be a minimum delay before one can activate it. Maybe 0.5-1.0 seconds depending on how realistic it is to escape the radius.

A lot of people seem to only start dodging it once it is already on the ground, I started watching for when it was being thrown and dodging while it was still traveling, made the matchup a lot easier.
