What's the sense in picking Evelynn when Twitch can do what she does 10x better? In any situation where you pick Eve, you can pick twitch and do way better.

Try being a twitch jungle against a competent evelynn jungle and see how that works out for you

Twitch does not do what she does better. She provides magic damage and % damage with variable CC and focus down single targets. her camo being Perma allows her to wait for opportunity's or position more aggressively then twitch. Twich Likes to position closer to teammates to cover him from threats, Stack passive and burst with E or to throw R out for massive aoe damage in team fights.

Eve can walk behind a team, wait, then destroy 1 target in their back line and get out clean, healing back up as she positions for her next target. Twitch can walk behind a team, ulti and drop back lines, but he runs a much higher risk of death doing this as he will function better with support from teammates. Want mid and late Raw damage output? Twich.
Want Flexibility and earlier impact on non squishy lanes? Eve.

Also,Eve actually has a higher effective threat range then twitch, Twitch E has 1200 but requires his W or R to really use that. Eve has 1600 on her W, but for that to trigger one would want to use her Q. Now that's only a 800 unit ability but you can (and should) be willing and able to use her R for mobility, pumping up the danger zone for what eve can trigger W up to 1525 units. A lot of folks are hesitant to use her R for this as they want to save it for a low hp target... but most low hp targets are gonna be dead from a rotation of QE during charm so its a utter waste to not use its mobility for a kill if all you needed was mobility. Obviously if your trying to 100 to 0 some one this is not the ideal skill combo to use.

Eve has alot less risk in a 1v1 when shes hurt as her passive will provide some sustain and she can trigger hard cc. Twich will need to be outranging them or for them to be at a lower hp then what eve would need.

Ultimately if your trying to accomplish what twitch jungle does as eve the twitch will consistently outperform her as what you want as twitch jungle are not the play patterns ideal on eve. If your playing Twitch like eve you would suffer as the positioning she uses is different so you would end up out of place and easily focused thus dead.

She has too much counterplay. That's the point. Regardless of what you say, it's way too easy to play around an Eve. Playing around Twitch is much harder. That's the entire point I'm making. She's simply TOO easy to deal with.

Twitch doesn't have a Charm and invulnerability Ultimate and can be exploded before doing even a sliver of damage? Besides, Evelynn's enchanced Whiplash deals damage based on the enemy's max Health AND applies on-hit effects (Lich Bane). All that is Magic Damage. Can Twitch bring a Juggernaught down to 50% Health in one hit? I doubt it.

Evelyn can't do that either, sorry to say...

but twitch will melt your TEAM faster than she can slay that "one" juggernaut.

Can't do it? LOL. She can if they don't build MR, but I guess nobody is that dumb in high ELO. Evelynn has permanent stealth and will flank unpredictably. Twitch? Wouldn't show up to a teamfight without half of his team running at you as well.

I actually had a game yesterday against a Twitch jg and I felt the exact same. His flanks are so ridiculous that any time I left my tower he could just come and kill me like that. snaps He's Evelynn at a long range with better invisibilty. He doesn't need an invulnerability when you can't see him half the time and he can shoot you from a million miles away.
