Can we please create a voluntary no surrender queue? Meaning people would know that surrender isn't an option (as in the surrender function is disabled) when they queue up, and would hopefully keep afk trolls to a minimum. I would probably play this exclusively if it were an option. So many teams surrender before you even reach full team fighting, and it's just stupid.
