That's a whole 1:30 where you're not getting XP or CS, in other words, the enemy team is just going to continue trying to kill you over and over, and force you to miss even more cs afterward. Can't even begin to tell you how many games I've lost because my top laner is 3 levels behind and can't do shit, when I could've just safely remade the game.
