When is he getting a rework? Me being forced to sit under tower because he spams his point and click 200 damage Q ability at me isn't really what I call healthy gameplay. I'd honestly rather go against a Teemo, because at least he can't one shot me if I'm at 75% hp at level 3.
Edit: I've been reading up on the comments, and mostly everyone's solution is to pick armor runes. Problem there is that you can't change runes in champion select.

My largest concern with Pantheon is his "lock-on" spear chuck. I think it should be a skillshot like Nid's.
I love how pantheon is getting all the attention because he was played in LCS recently but did everyone forget that Fiora is a better champion in each and every way?

I main pantheon shutup! I love him!
Pantheon is weak to early ganks (no escapes), tanky champions (mana issues), and 
(can't engage behind his turrets).
If anything I would like to see his ultimate reworked to global, allowed to chain into stun again, and shorter channel duration (like it used to be).
Just stay back level 1-5 and wait to all in until jungle shows up or you get your ultimate (pantheons ultimate won't help him duel you in lane).
Pantheons core theme is his early game duels and mid game roaming and his ultimate has been nerfed to trash tier. Litterally his early game Q is all that's left of his original kit.
Nerf his Q? Might as well delete him.
P.S. many champions (soft counters) have a way to negate his stun allowing him to cast it and spend mana and activate the cooldown but negate his stun.
(most any dash/cc if timed correctly)
I totally agree with you that he isn't healthy. But explain how yi or jax are healthy? They pressure well early game and they completely destroy late game
What you don't enjoy getting poked down by a melee champ that is supposed to dive on you? That also DOES dive on you, pushes you under tower, then just kills you under tower cause he can ignore a tower shot then walk off maybe taking 2 at most.
You don't love that?
Grab full armor runes against him, while you still can.
