Why am i put with someone who i reported

Seriously what's the point of putting a report button if it doesnt do anything most cases If we report someone, dont make them in our queue. Maybe that'll even encourage the enemy team to report a troll so they dont get him next queue I had to dodge, and i had to lose 10 lp because i decided to be nice and save my team from the trolling, feeding, flaming, afking cass supp that steals cs and dies intentionally

Again. Do you know what "report" is? It doesnt matter if entire team reports. When person gets reported in enough games, invenstigation of his behavior begins and then if he is deemed guilty, he gets punished. Until then he is innocent and clean. Report only means that u are suggesting to riot to check that guys behavior. Nothing else. And 1 person reporting is exactly same as 9 people reporting. It counts games, not number of reports. If person in 50 games, get reported in 1 by 9 people, nothing will happen to him. But if in 50 games, 1 person reports him per game in 32 games, he might be investigated.

Also you know when in games someone says "report top" or " report jungler" or "report brand for flaming". Those things are pointless, as only 1 report counts per game. It only serves to create negativity in game and is banable.

The only way I know of to keep a player away from your games is to add them to your ignore list, and even then it's only a percentage chance of them not being qued with you if im remembering right. IDR, it's been a long time since i had this problem.

U cant affect matchmaking no matter what you do. U can block them, report them 50 games in a row, mute them in game and they still can get matched with/against you.
