Take away the instant cast and she'll still have flash w for engage and it won't have as much range for counter play and she'll be able to follow up with the ult since they're stunned.

Also the reason why she isn't picked mid much is because u could have better damage mid and have an engage support that can build utility items

To be honest, I think it'd be cool if she actually tossed Tibbers into battle. Like, toss stuffed bear into middle of people, sudden explosion, BAM TIBBERS. There'd be a slight delay, but you could give it more range and/or damage in compensation.

I would honestly like to see her reworked into a permanent Tibbers pet mage. Not because I hate her ult stun (I do, but there's a lot of ults I don't like), but because I think it would be neat.

Passive-Tibbers is a fire bear that eats your enemies. RAWR. (hold in a button like alt to move tibbers, similiar to how Leblanc controls her mirror) Q- Same as current. W- Annie throws out a cone of fire, Tibbers breathes fire in a cone towards the cursor. E- Same as current R- Tibbers jumps a short range and stuns champions in the area.

Adjust numbers as needed. Bad idea? Dunno, may be subjective and this is kind of bland for just saying the first things that came to mind, but eh. Would get plenty more out of her skins having Tibs out all the time though.
