Annie's ult
Take away the instant cast and she'll still have flash w for engage and it won't have as much range for counter play and she'll be able to follow up with the ult since they're stunned.

Or just buy magic resist and don't feed her.
To be honest, I think it'd be cool if she actually tossed Tibbers into battle. Like, toss stuffed bear into middle of people, sudden explosion, BAM TIBBERS. There'd be a slight delay, but you could give it more range and/or damage in compensation.
I would honestly like to see her reworked into a permanent Tibbers pet mage. Not because I hate her ult stun (I do, but there's a lot of ults I don't like), but because I think it would be neat.
whats with the sudden burst of people complaining about annie? Never saw her as a problem because she isnt one. No changes to her ult is needed
