The only reason team builder is failing is because you aren't forcing people to use it.

This post is so stupid. Normal Blind pick is for fun, quick games. With team builder, it takes forever to start a game.
You'd still wait forever in team builder because >everyone< will be fighting over the rare supports, because no one is being forced to play supp, like what happens in blind pick.
What...? Your post just pointed out the problem with Team Builder. 3 people wanted mid. If they went to Team Builder they are going to wait 20 mins for a team, and they'll get kicked by the support/jungle who don't like their pick.
Closing down blind pick and draft (normals) does not magically make Team Builder work. It's just like Dungeon Finder in WoW. Until more people enjoy playing jungle/support the que times are going to suck no matter what.
