Can you buff Lord Dominik's Regard and Mortal Reminder so that they do total armor penetration?

It will be just like Old Last Whisper days and would really benefit ad champions, like , who can't deal with tanks.

First off Lord Dominik's Regard is actually in nearly every case already a better tank killer then old LW. Yes I did crunch the numbers and against even a rammus at level 18 it is about 20 bonus armor before it becomes more effective due to the 15% more damage for 500 more health.

Mortal reminder needs some other work.

And then we're back in the old days where it's never an option not to build it because it's even more effective on squishies than it is on tanks and any aa intensive champion melts through tank's hp like a hot knife through butter. Well, maybe the numbers could be tweaked so it shreds more bonus armor than it now does, but it no way are we going back to the old formula.

Plus : AD assassins and AD casters like Jayce were never supposed to be able to deal with tanks.

with the flat pen available on other items that would be overkill. Riot made it so ad champs have to make a choice if they want to kill squishies or tanks. If you want to kill the tanks you build the tank killing items. But ad champs refuse and complain of the "tank meta" and not being able to kill armor stackers with their flat pen items.

I'm not super sure thats a good idea because i hate getting killed by someone who negates 45% of my armor with one item. It's an item that snecessary to help against a full armor malphite but I do not think a buff is necessary ATM
