What Champs can we expect to be reworked by Riot? (Also my predictions and a W.I.P)

So, with the Mage Rework that is set to release very, very soon in patch 6.9 and the planned reworks of Ryze and Yorick, what other champion types or champions could we be seeing a rework on? I have some ideas and predictions on what should be touched up on what champ and hopefully, Riot will consider these changes!

So, first of all, everyone's most hated champ in the game, Teemo. I can imagine a complete re-haul to his kit, as his abilities don't really match up with his epithet "The Swift Scout". When I was new to the game, I thought he was a jungler, but after seeing him played in LCS and in my own games, he is clearly more suited to laning, despite his ability set not being the best. I suggest changing his Q,E and R so that they suit more of a jungle play style. I suggest his Q, Blinding Dart, to be a stack effect, kind of like Vayne 's W and Kennen 's Passive. I could also see his E and R molded into a vision ability or a support ability, not pure damage and being a complete poop nugget to people who walk over your traps or eat a bunch of your darts. I think his R should be a lot less punishing, but still be a trap. I think that instead of the being the utter annoyance they are right now, I think that the mushrooms should not be AOE and the damage and scaling should be tuned down a lot, along with cooldowns, arming times, etc. His E should be turned into some form of sustain, such as healing, damage resistance, etc.

Secondly, I'd like to propose a COMPLETE rework to Graves's kit. If this rework isn't considered, I wouldn't be surprised, as his current form is very balanced and powerful at the same time. His Q should be turned into an auto-attack buff instead of his current Q. His damage output can be utter garbage sometimes due to his new shell system, and his Q should alleviate some of that. I suggest a period where he can fire all he wants without having to worry about reloading for a short period. His 2 shell design conflicts with the design of his shotgun, a revolver looking weapon. His new W should be in the form of a trap or a better form of CC, as his kit doesn't have hard CC. I can suggest that his new W be one shot, but inflict Grievous Wounds on hit and knock the enemy back and stun them. If the enemy hits a wall, the stun duration is increased by half a second and the wounds duration should be increased by .75 second. I also would like to tune his E to be different than his original E and how it synchronized with his Autos. It will still dash, but to compensate for its missing reload one round effect, there should be more armor per stack of True Grit and it should give a small burst of movement speed and the passive of his new E can be a slight refresh of his new Q every time he autos while under the effect of True Grit. His R is a point of interest, as I don't really think I can suggest a change to it. I think his ult is fine as is, but maybe some slight tweaks to its hitbox size or explosive radius after it hits a target, maybe a tweak to its knockback, but who knows?

Fizz also needs a complete rework, as his kit was made too fast without thinking of its effects. I think that his E should be changed into a maneuver instead of am ability that makes you untargetable and make you do 2k+ damage in burst afterwards, it's a cheap move. His Q should be an attack with cast time, as his current Q will be his new E, only without the damage.

I'd love to add more in one sitting, but there is only so much I can think of and it is the time of the year where exams are piling up and I can not invest as much time in LoL. I hope someone from Riot will read this and consider this, as I have put much thought into what should be changed based on LCS matches I have watched and through personal experience. Of course, once time allows, I will add more to this, but I'll leave it here and see what kind of feedback I get. ~ruski

I honestly don't see either of those happening anytime soon. Graves had some relatively recent changes and is in a good spot at the moment, and Teemo is much lower on the priority list than champions like Yorick, Mundo, or Warwick.

WTF they delayed it again... your right sigh.... Of course lets delay him again and do ryze first :D https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202294884-Champion-Update-Schedule . Yorick was after the mage rework like 2/3 weeks ago.
