Zero effort bandwagon post. No information. No insight. No originality.
I'll pass on that upvote
I'll just give mine to you instead.
Could you elaborate? How are they being neglectful?
How many times have you seen the defence "No one has that problem in higher elo's?" I've seen it a lot, honestly.
I'm not sure I get your point.
So you agree, at least. What I mean is that nearly every single time someone makes a post about how someone is dominating too hard in lower Elo's, they instantly get bombarded with dislikes from the same people who comment smug remarks, like, "She's balanced enough in higher elo's!" or something like that. So basically, no one listens to people from lower elo's.
That's not Riot though.
Who do you think Riot's listening to? Who do you think those people are agreeing with?
Also, some Riot members do do that.

Because the game is primarily balanced around competitive play. It's a mode that gets a ton of attention and makes them money with worlds/lcs/etc. If a champion is balanced in high elo, that means they're generally well balanced. If a champion isn't balanced at low elo, that usually just means that players in that elo don't understand what they need to do to beat the champion. That can be fixed by watching streams, looking at a guide, playing the champion yourself and seeing the strengths/weaknesses, etc. Riot can't spend all their time listening to low elo players complain about something random like "OMG GAREN TOO OP!!!11!"
I actually have no idea what youre saying.
Sorry to say but it's the opposite. They've actually been trying to make the game as casual as possible.
There's a reason why they removed Green Wards from shop in the first place.
Green Ward removal was a combination of low ELO players never using them and high ELO players using them far to much.
The main issue was that in higher ELOs, the winning team would have complete vision of the map which would prevent the defending team from accomplishing almost anything.
isnt that kinda the same currently with trinket upgrade and sightstone?
Trinkets are more limited and only the support (and occasionally the jungle) would get Sightstone.
In previous seasons, it was not uncommon to see every player on a team leave base with 2+ green wards and/or a pink per back later in the game (where they were near full-build and had a lot of disposable gold) while the support would leave with 5 wards and a pink.
If they were already ahead, then they could afford to maintain full vision of your jungle. This let them track the enemy team as they rotated and prevented anybody from getting picked off during rotations or roaming.
In addition, the enemy team could rarely afford to counter this since they were already behind (leaving them short on gold) and it was dangerous to leave their base to ward (since they'd always be seen and could be collapsed on).
omg I know right? You've only had half a year to get your shit together and with worlds right around the corner they should be focused on making low elo's life great!
Low Elo Ranked always will be a problem for a few reasons:
Ranked newcomers
Ranked newcomers getting placed higher than previous season Ranked players with more experience just because they are new to ranked this season
Riot doesn't monitor anything in low elo and normals because why would they focus on a majority of their playerbase, when they can focus on High Elo based gameplay and champion designs/kits and make the low elo players suffer because of overloaded kits that still play and main champions that aren't that great compared to the hyper carries(Ekko/Yasuo?)
Punishment is decided by pre-mades which have become more prevalent due to DynamicQ and people leaving thus making that 5% chance of getting a pre-made on the enemy team higher to about a 20-40% chance cause of how many premades play and SoloQ people that left.
Punishment restrictions only promote more toxicity(Getting a 1 game chat ban results in the ability to earn loot being disabled for 2-3months)
It hasn't happened yet but, AI Bots on your team are starting to leak from Co-Op vs AI into PvP matches, because Riot took out bot prevention systems to patch them up and never added them back in, and if they did add them back in, they are terrible systems(3 or more AI Ally Bots in Co-Op vs AI every 2 to 3 of your total AI Games with at least 1 AI Ally Bot being in each game).
Smurfs are ruining new players from joining up to this game, another problem Riot doesn't seem to care about at all and is making them lose money because less players are joining due to having un-fun experiences against Champion main Smurfs.
My advice? Stop playing Ranked, maybe they'll see the problems and fix them. Besides, you can earn free skins in normals/arams, but if you play Ranked you get what? A Shiny new Border, maybe an Icon and a Champion Skin for a Champion who either has too many skins, makes LCS plays, or is broken. Ranked is garbage right now and it needs to be looked at by Riot properly.
