Decision making skills late game

I hate the games that are so close, but you end up losing because of one costly mistake... (not as much as afk games though...lost 20 lp because of that bullshit but get 17 lp off a strong win...?)

When the game has reached late stage, all decisions must he made as a team.
It is never ok to risk the game, for example, by having one player bot and mid and the other two do baron, while the other player is respawning after killing a filthy backdooring yi.
The opportunity to steal baron while enemy team had four with no jungler would have come into fruition had tbe decison been made to wait for the team. Instead, then enemy team capitalizes on a two man baron attempt.

Team team team. Simple math.
