Kog'Maw buffs PLEASE?!

So Riot left KogMaw and buffed Draven for some reason which is what I don't understand. But anyway, I think KogMaw 's passive is complete nonsense and it is the worst thing that an ADC could get, die to deal true damage and they can actually avoid it so it's pretty much useless. I think they should change the passive to something like the old rageblade passive, the thing that was like Ravenous Hydra, with green effects. It will work so well with his on-hit damage kit. Also looking at other parts of his kit I think he has a lot of damage but I think they should add a small ad ratio to his Q. His W had 0 mana before he got reworked to the 5.0 attackspeed state, why does it still have 40 mana? Also he has a visual bug on his W where his attacks stay on the target when they hit him. I think they didn't notice it since he is barely played. These are just my opinions for KogMaw buffs and I'll be very happy to see one of my favorite champions to be playable again.

Jesus christ. He's already a team-shredding ADC, and you want to give him a ranged hydra?
